"Packaging was just okay"
The box showed up with a dent, so I was a little worried at first, but the bottles inside were fine. Not the best packaging, but I guess.....

I ordered a few bottles and the checkout was quick. Apple Pay work fine, the shipping cost showed up before I paid, and there wasn’t any weird extra steps. The confirmation email come through right away too. Smooth overall.

I gave bottlebuzz.com a try after finding a promo code, and it actually worked, which was nice because that’s not always the case on other sites. I got a decent discount on my bottles, and the checkout process was easy.

The prices were better than I expected, and there were a few offers available too. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would use them again.

"Site was more annoying to use than I expected"
I was trying to place an order, but the site felt way clunkier than it needed to be. Some pages were slow to load, and finding the thing I wanted took more clicking around than it should have.
The menu and filters could definitely use some work, and checkout wasn’t super clear either. What really got annoying was having to verify myself more than once, like I had already done it and then it asked again. Not the worst experience ever, but frustrating.

I ordered from bottlebuzz.com the tracking brought back that familiar anxious feeling of waiting on a package and refreshing the page way too many times. The updates did come through, but they were slow. For a couple of days it just sat on the same status, and I remember wondering if something had gone wrong or if it was just delayed. In the end, the package showed up and everything was fine, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just wish the tracking had been clearer or updated more often, because that waiting part was a little frustrating. I’d give it 3 stars

I ordered two bottles and they do seem real, seals looked right and they matched what I’ve bought in stores before. That said, the shipping was slower than I expected, which was kind of frustrating and made me a little uneasy while waiting. In the end, I don’t have any concerns about authenticity, but the delivery time definitely wasn’t great.

"Reliable delivery, just came later than I hoped"
I’ve ordered from BottleBuzz twice now, and both times went smoothly. The deliveries showed up on the day they said they would, tracking was simple enough to follow, and everything was packed well. No leaks, no broken bottles, nothing weird like that.

I’m giving 4 stars just because the second order didn’t arrive until late in the day, so I was kind of hanging around waiting for it. Not a huge deal, but if it had come a little earlier... anyway, they seem reliable overall and I’d order from them again.
